I feel this amazing pressure to do everything I can but sometimes I end up making myself very ill as a result. I avoid asking for help to the point of going without some basics. Luckily, my SO knows this and helps compensate for that tendency.<BR/>I find myself using all my energy to go to doctors, run errands, cook, and clean. It's so hard to ask for help with cooking, for example, so I can have energy to spend time sitting up at my desk. <BR/>The thing is, recreation is important.
