Dear Swatchy,
My mystery trip was to Washington, DC! Knittah took me along when she went there for a very important event. But first, I saw the sights.
Isn't the Capitol building beautiful?
I saw the Kennedy Center and the Potomac too. But that's as close as I got to the Washington Monument.
Knittah really wanted to show me where she went to college, but she was too tired. And she had to save her energy for something very important.
I got to meet Dr. William Reeves from the Centers for Disease Control. He tried to teach me about Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, but I found it hard to follow all his research stuff.
Then the big day! We went to a press conference at the National Press Club!
The press event announced the launch of a national awareness campaign to teach patients and doctors about Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Knittah found it very moving, and we all hope this will be the beginning of a new era for patients.
After all that, I was worn out. Knittah was even more exhausted and in a lot of pain. Now we're home again, and she is trying to recover. I think it will be awhile before we travel again, though.
Love, Nori

Cool! Can't write much now... off to the workshop.
Everytime I see the Swatchy button saying "Come travel with me" it makes me want to burst into song:
"Come fly with me, come fly, lets fly away..."
