On the way back, I stopped in at a really fun toy store on 9th Street: Dinosaur Hill.
They have a really adorable wooden toy, and let me take a video of it in action. It's a wolf knitting a sock:

Ok, that wolf toy is the cutest thing EVER! Dinosaur Hill looks like a great store. How could it not be, with a name like that.
those toys are awesome. i think that new-swatchy-to-be and i will have to do some toy shopping in china!
